i mind children in the childrens own home, should i expect to be paid when the mum keeps cancelling my days, iv been working there a year and she will just ring me up the morning im due there and say dont come today im not goin in to work, i really rely on this money i get from her and she has cancelled me for 3 weeks straight now, i rang her yesterday and told her id be looking for another job if i dont have my hours with her, she said id be working as normal from this week, how do i approach this situation, all advice much appreciated
