Toilet training

Hi all.....Just looking for some advice. I have been minding children for 6 years now and have never been asked to toilet-train any of them. My friend also took holidays and trained her 2 children as she felt it would be unfair to ask her childminder to stay at home and do so. One of my current mindees mother has asked me to help toilet train her child with her. I mind him 3 days per week. She is currently on long term sick leave from work so is at home.She will not be using training pants.Any tips or advice would be appreciated.
