Well i do not think that i will be able to help your pupils to reach fluency to honest with you. My skills are more academically orientated.
However i could suggest you to leave note on the notice Board in the student center in UCC. YOu could eventually find some Native Spanish speaker that could be able to help you.

Thanks for your response, it is actually for my 2 year old daughter her speech is excellent and i want her to be fluent in spanish very early. Is this something that you practice in?
