Free Series of Talks for Parents, Teachers and Professionals

Helping primary school children with issues such as Dyspraxia, Aspergers, ADHD / ADD prepare to transition to secondary school.

Dorothy Armstrong, Occupational Therapist will host an evening that is aimed at parents, teachers and those who work with this population. It will cover issues such as:

· fears and anxieties relating to your child transitioning to secondary school– the parent’s perspective
· Helping the child prepare for the transition
· Strategies to promote inclusion once they are there

Thursday March 29th 7pm Leixlip Library

The lectures are part of a free series of lectures taking place in libraries throughout Kildare throughout the year.
