We have had the same childminder for 6 years. We are concentrating on finding the right person, rather than having a fixed idea of hours etc.
We are a busy professional couple with a very sweet 6 year old girl. We live in Stoneybatter, 3 mins walk from Museum Luas stop.
We are looking for a caring, responsible and experienced nanny / childcarer to care for our child in our home. You will be a nanny / childcarer with at least 2 years experience in nannying, child care, au pair or babysitting work. You must love children and be mature, reliable, trustworthy, punctual and well presented.
Our child finishes school at 1.30pm. We will need you to pick her up, bring her home, care for her and bring her to activities and out to play or play games and do art with her at home. At a minimum, we would like you to work from 1pm - 5.30/6pm minding her. If interested, we can also offer additional hours cleaning and general house-keeping. Therefore, our hours are negotiable. Additional hours will also be available, if desired, during school holiday periods.
We are a non-smoking household and would prefer a non-smoker.
You will need a current First Aid certificate and Garda Vetting. A Certificate in Child Care will also be highly regarded.
