Lots of qualifications are not essential - I prefer someone connects well with kids with ASD, has an appreciation of their sensory issues and practices such as ABA, Floor time, PECS. We are a very welcoming and easy going family and we are looking for a long term arrangement if possible to ensure continuity. BCBA supervision will be provided, SLT and OT programmes.
