Has your child with SEN recently transitioned to primary or secondary school? If so, we want to hear from you! Are you a teacher who works with children with SEN and facilitates transition to primary or secondary school? If so, we want to hear from you too!
FIESTA is a 3 year network led by Enable Ireland and funded by the Education, Audiovisual and Cultural Executive Agency (EACEA). The network consists of 11 European partners who range from schools, universities, teacher training colleges and voluntary organisations.
This survey has been compiled by the Facilitating Inclusive Education and Supporting the Transition Agenda (FIESTA) Network.
Thank you for taking the time to fill out this survey. It should take no longer than ten minutes to complete, the survey will be available until the 19 April 2013
Purpose of survey: The results of this study will facilitate a best practice report and enable us to develop practical resources for children with SEN, families and professionals during periods of transition as part of the development of the FIESTA network across 8 EU countries.

Survey for Professionals e.g. teachers, SNA, principals, preschool assistants, resource teachers b. Survey for parents of children with SEN who are undergoing or experienced transition to primary or secondary school
