Hi All,

I´m sure a lot of you aware of the increase in food intolerances over the past decade. The average person living in the developed world consumes on average 70Kg of sugar every year. This is too much. Because of this startling fact, scientists reckon that by 2050, 1 in 3 people in the developed world could have developed diabetes. This is obviously a scary prediction.

A bakery that produces cakes & muffins that a sugar free, dairy free and grain/gluten free has just opened in Rathvilly, Co. Carlow.

It´s always great to find tasty foods that aren´t full of sugar or additives :)
